.... Production Capacity

Al-Kifah carton box factory started with a single production unit and production capacity of 6000 tons per annum in 1996. Continuous investment on state of the art technology, human resources and management system provided us opportunity to take a giant leap towards providing the best quality carton to the best companies of Saudi Arabia and exceed our production capacity to three times i.e. 16000 tons per annum in 2003. We are also planning to enhance this capacity by installing new machinery to meet growing and qualitative demands of the market while maintaining unswerving focus on quality.

While we are developing our operations in Saudi Arabia , two of the areas that formed an integral part of ongoing strategy are the enhancement of both quality of our production and quality of services we offer to our customers. The finishing operations at our factory are set up to provide a fast and efficient turn around to ensure on time delivery supported by flexible and variable production programs that are adapted where necessary to suit customer requirements.

With the aim of mutually improving the effectiveness and efficiency of processes that create values, we develop relationships with our suppliers as partners to promote right quality in right time. We work in close partnership with our qualitative suppliers helping us to communicate the demands of the market and ensure our customers that purchased products conforms specific customers requirements.

Our well organized, qualified and technically expert team members concentrate much on exploring worldwide new sources of quality products with economical prices on consistent and regular basis verifying our quality management system. It enables us to provide quality products with economical prices and serve the industry as a market leader. We also focus on raw material handling and prevent it from damage, deterioration and all the other defects. We involve our suppliers in implementing effective and efficient processes to protect purchased material.
